Ever since I was a little girl, before I was even born, I loved Gom (Go-mmmm) Tang (tahung).
It's a soup made of beef bones, usually accompanied with thinly sliced beef and green onion. It has a milky kind of broth and, because of the bones, it's kind of sticky. Very similar to Sullung tang.
In California, it's rather difficult to find REAL gom tang. People usually will boil the beef bones for a few hours and serve it. This place is fantastic, they definitely spend the time and effort to get the flavors and consistency.
I've gone twice in 2 weeks and I can't get enough. Definitely #1 Gom tang I've ever had.
